Following the acquisition, the building’s dramatic 40-foot glass tiered atrium was renovated to create a more modern, inviting, and collaborative work and meeting space. The property was aggressively marketed for sale and lease to full building users. Raleigh Officentre was sold in August 2018 for 2.5 times the initial acquisition cost to Credit Acceptance Corporation.
