Premier Equities purchased the pair of office buildings at auction in May 2017 from C-III Capital Partners. Both buildings were fully vacant at acquisition. They were previously occupied by automotive and technology tenants who needed close proximity to the FCA corporate headquarters but ultimately vacated for newer build-to-suit opportunities. Premier Equities sold 1080 West Entrance to a full building user in August 2019. 985 West Entrance remains vacant and is being marketed for lease and sale to full building users.
