Premier Equities purchased this Class B office building with 11% occupancy from CW Capital in August 2014. Completed extensive renovations including a new lobby, common areas, building restrooms, new common corridors, ceiling grids, and lighting throughout. As a result, the building has been transformed from a tired and staid office property to an exciting and energetic workplace environment, increasing occupancy to 60%. A significant marketing and leasing campaign is currently underway to find a full floor user for the top floor, (27% of NRA). In 2Q 2019 Premier Equities bought out investment partner Kojaian to retain full ownership of the asset.
