Abbott Center is an approximately 115,000 square foot, Class A office building located on Abbott Road in East Lansing, Michigan. Premier Equities acquired Abbott Center from PNC Realty Corporation in 1992 as part of a lender workout arrangement. Once in ownership, the property’s tenancy upgraded and the financial operations dramatically improved. As a result of this turnaround, Premier Equities was able to sell Abbott Center in 1994 for twice the initial investment.
