Purchased the multi-tenant office building as a note from C-III Capital Partners in October 2017. Ownership of the property vested to Premier in April 2018 following receipt of a waiver of redemption rights from the borrower. Occupancy at acquisition was 48%. Upgrades to the common areas and facade have contributed to an increase in occupancy to 75%. Marketing efforts are in effect to further stabilize the asset through lease-up of the remaining available space.
