Premier Equities purchased the vacant property from Ford Motor Company in October 2004. The building was formerly a Ford Motor Company Parts distribution center and for years served as a central hub for staging and supply to the automotive assembly process. The building is demised as 762,840 SF of warehouse/distribution space and 63,400 SF of office space for a total building area of ± 826,240 SF. In 2007, the acquisition loan was purchased back from the lender at a discount when NML wanted out of the market. The property’s largest tenant, Chrysler Group LLC, recently extended its 528,340 SF lease and the building is currently 97% occupied.
