Land | Build to Suit / 245 Acres / Auburn Hills, MI

As part of Chrysler’s 2009 chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, 245-acres of undeveloped land directly adjacent to the Chrysler World Headquarters was deeded to the U.S. Treasury, and acquired by Premier Equities in February 2010. Over 1.1 million SF of build-to-suit office, R&D, and industrial facilities were subsequently constructed for US Farathane, Henniges Automotive, Hirotec America, Atlas Copco, Faurecia Group, Incoe, Hutchinson Automotive, and Renshaw Automotive. 55 acres of buildable land remains.
