Purchased with partner Rialto Capital Management an 8-building, Class B office portfolio with 23% overall occupancy from Loan Star Funds in June 2012. Completed numerous interior building renovations, mechanical upgrades and general exterior facade enhancements. Subsequently sold 4 buildings to individual owner/users for a weighted average price of $75 PSF, which facilitated the return of all invested equity to the investment partnership. Premier subsequently refinanced the remaining 4 buildings, which contain a total of 639,571 SF, and purchased Rialto’s interest in the project in June 2017.
