Project Description

Purchased the 4-building Class A office portfolio at 53% occupancy in partnership with Taconic Capital & Axonic Capital in March 2016. Premier Equities initiated a capital improvement program to renovate the lobbies, common areas, exterior façade and landscaping. Premier reintroduced the property to the market and within 60 days of acquisition signed a new 40,000 SF lease and received three proposals to lease 130,000+ SF.
