Purchased the 4-building Class A office portfolio at 53% occupancy in partnership with Taconic Capital & Axonic Capital in March 2016. Premier Equities initiated an extensive capital improvement program to renovate the lobbies and common areas, as well as exterior facade and landscaping. Galleria was reintroduced to the market, and within 60 days Premier signed a new 40,000 SF lease and received three proposals to lease 130,000+ SF, increasing occupancy to 70%. A new tenant lounge, fitness center, walking trail, and community events have created additional leasing momentum.
