Clark Street Technology Park

The ZZAC Clark Street Technology Park land was pre-leased in December of 2014 to construct a 189,000 square foot state-of-the-art cross dock facility for Fiat Chrysler (FCA) at the corner of Clark Street and Michigan Avenue in the heart of Detroit. The project is one of the largest automotive logistics facilities in Southeast Michigan and boasts 200 9’X10’ truck docks with over 300 trailer parking spots on the 22-acre site. FCA took occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2015, and the project was sold to Lexington Property Trust in January 2016 on a 7.4% cap rate. The project was 100% funded by private investment and did not require any public subsidies or incentives
