We seek Class A and B office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties that are promising turnaround opportunities such as vacant buildings or properties that require extensive renovation or remodeling. We aggressively pursue distressed assets including commercial REO and non-performing notes.

Investment Parameters

Premier Equities initiates equity investments on a direct or joint venture basis. These investment opportunities typically range from $5 million to $30 million and are generally held for three to five years.
